We’re now recruiting for a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong customer service and sales experience to join our clients team on a part-time basis. 3 full days per week. Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service (UK & Europe)
  • Managing day-to-day customer service across English and German-speaking regions
  • Handling orders and enquiries from private customers, wholesalers, affiliates and online platforms
  • Making proactive outbound calls for upselling, surveys and customer retention
  • Resolving complaints and queries professionally and efficiently
  • Affiliate Development & Support
    • Supporting and developing affiliate/partner programmes in the UK, Germany and wider Europe
    • Proactively reaching out to online shops, wellness centres, bloggers, influencers and spas for endorsements and partnerships
    • Supporting outreach activity on LinkedIn and Instagram
    • Assisting with lead generation and partner recruitment campaigns
    • Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to deliver campaigns and recruitment activity
  • Cross-Department Support
    • Sharing customer insights and feedback to support innovation and improvement
    About You

    To succeed in this role, you’ll be proactive, organised, and confident communicating with customers and partners.

    Essential:
    • Fluent / near-native English (German is a strong advantage but not essential)
    • Previous experience in customer service and sales
    Desirable:
    • Interest or experience in health, wellness or nutrition
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone manner
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Comfortable working under pressure and solving problems independently
    • Confident using ICT tools including email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media platforms (LinkedIn/Instagram)
    • Able to work both independently and as part of a small team
