Weโre working with a fast-growing SaaS company that sells into highly regulated industries (e.g. fintech / financial services) โ navigate complex challenges through automation, real-time insights, and intelligent workflows. Their platform empowers teams to reduce risk, improve customer outcomes, and scale operations efficiently using AI-driven detection and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals
- Drive outbound activity across email, phone, and social channels
- Deliver engaging product demos and lead POCs when needed
- Map customer needs to the platformโs capabilities and build strong business cases
- Engage decision-makers and influencers across enterprise accounts
- Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity
- Keep CRM (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) updated with pipeline and activity data
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience in a closing role
- Experience selling into regulated or complex B2B environments (e.g. fintech, financial services, legal, healthcare, or compliance)
- Strong outbound and qualification skills
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative team player
