Location: UK (Remote – commutable to London)
Salary: Circa £200k – £240k OTE (50/50) + stock/benefits
The Role:
As the Founding Enterprise Account Executive , you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively prospecting new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. They are looking for a results-driven AE with a strong passion for sales and technology. What You\’ll Do and Achieve:
- Drive sales performance to consistently meet or exceed targets, using a client-focused and strategic approach that includes both acquiring new business and growing/retaining existing accounts.
- Build trust and credibility with prospects and current clients by actively listening, understanding their unique needs, and offering customized solutions.
- Effectively manage leads, ensuring all communications and actions are properly documented and tracked.
- Handle lead generation, sales, pricing, contract negotiations, and other critical activities to drive revenue growth for both new and existing accounts.
- Leverage relevant tools and methodologies to identify, develop, and close opportunities, presenting tailored, needs-based propositions.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at various levels within organizations or agencies.
- Design and deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly convey the company’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects, sales strategies, and budget forecasting when necessary.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and promotional programs as needed.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our products, services, and systems to provide exceptional service to all accounts.
- Stay updated on trends in the vertical market industry and deepen your expertise in visual generative AI and creative technology sectors.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on enterprise customers
- Proven experience in selling highly technical solutions within the AI/ML/DeepTech/Dev space
- Good experience as part of an early/founding GTM team in software startups
- Preferred background in ad serving, dynamic creative optimization, creative workflows, developer platforms, ecommerce, or gaming.
- A solid history of generating new business, closing deals, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A \”hunter\” mentality, highly motivated to drive revenue and achieve results.
- Established network of enterprise contacts and strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to delivering solutions.
- Highly resourceful, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to strategically prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
