About the Role

Panda is a leading waste management provider. We're hiring an experienced Trade Waste Loader for our Birmingham team.

The Role

  • Based at our Birmingham depot (B8 1AH)
  • Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Starts around 2-4 AM with paid breaks.

What We Offer

  • Pay: £12.75/hour base rate.
  • Overtime: X1.25 (after 40 hours).
  • Bonuses: 8p per bin collected, plus a Daily Service Success Bonus of up to £18.
  • Weekly salary and paid breaks.
  • Full PPE and uniform.
