About the Role
Panda is a leading waste management provider. We're hiring an experienced Trade Waste Loader for our Birmingham team.
The Role
- Based at our Birmingham depot (B8 1AH)
- Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Starts around 2-4 AM with paid breaks.
What We Offer
- Pay: £12.75/hour base rate.
- Overtime: X1.25 (after 40 hours).
- Bonuses: 8p per bin collected, plus a Daily Service Success Bonus of up to £18.
- Weekly salary and paid breaks.
