Scotty’s Little Soldiers in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Onboarding Lead to shape our growth. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, building pipelines and ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience.
You’ll manage campaigns from brief to appointment, design interview stages, coordinate probation milestones, and work with People, Finance and IT to support a values-led hiring journey. This remote-first role requires living within two hours of Cambridge.
