We are currently seeking a dedicated and accomplished SeniorSommelier to join our esteemed wine team. Key Responsibilities:
– Provide expert recommendations to guests, suggesting winepairings that enhance their dining experience.
– Collaborate with the management team to develop andexecute wine-focused events and promotions.
– Manage wine inventory, order supplies, and ensure properstorage conditions.
– Stay informed about industry trends, new releases, andemerging winemakers.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Senior Sommelier or in a similarleadership role within a high-end restaurant.
– Extensive knowledge of wines, regions, and varietals,supported by relevant certifications.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Impeccable grooming and presentation.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andefficiently manage tasks.
