As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role inoverseeing the pastry kitchen, ensuring the creation of exquisite desserts, andcontributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience. KeyResponsibilities:
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen, maintaining highstandards of dessert quality.
-Lead and inspire the pastry kitchen team, providing guidance and fostering acollaborative work environment.
-Execute creative and visually appealing desserts, ensuring presentation andtaste meet restaurant standards.
-Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage the freshness of pastryingredients.
-Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new pastry menu items and seasonalspecials.
-Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the pastry kitchen.
-Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or in a similar role within theculinary industry.
-Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert presentation.
