Start Date: As soon as possible
The post holder will be required to:
- Establish safe and appropriate behaviour by effective intervention
- Supervise the movement of the children to and from dining areas, including any personal hygiene requirements
- Maintain good order in dining areas
- Assist in the clearance of any spillages and wiping down, clearing or resetting of tables, as appropriate
- Assist in the setting up and removal of furniture where necessary
- Take immediate action to attend to sickness or accidents by carrying out minor first aid and summoning relevant assistance
- Supervise children with SEN needs during the lunch break to ensure their safety and welfare through appropriate application of the school's procedures
- Be willing to carry out intimate care if required
