Scotts Bakery are a specialist manufacturer of Small Cakes supplying the Irish and GB Markets.
We have a vacancy for the Position of: Customers and Products, are at the heart of everything we do. The ideal candidate will be motivated, responsible and organised. They will work as part of an existing Team who have responsibility for managing our Customer accounts with major Retailers.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (Full-time)
Rate of Pay: Good rates reflecting experience and responsibility
Reporting to: Sales and Customer Experience Manager
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day customer enquiries
- Creating & presenting Product Proposals
- Implementing product launches
- Monitoring product performance
- Competitive product reviews
- Reviewing market data
- Contributing to Product Development
- Generating Quality Attribute Documents
- Customer Care
- Retailer Portal Use
Criteria:
- We are seeking common sense and a strong enthusiasm to learn and develop a career in an interesting and rewarding role.
- Qualifications and Previous experience may be advantageous but enthusiasm is essential.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Professional and confident communicator
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Proactive and commercially astute
- Food Technical qualification is desirable
- Self-motivated toward continuous improvement & personal development
