Our Data Architects and Data Engineers work with customers across their entire data journey from strategy through to build and maintain.
The volume of data work is now at a point where we need to establish a standalone Data Practice.
We are looking for an experienced Data leader to join our team and help shape our practice and continue to grow it, taking it to the next level.
As Data Practice lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth and delivery of our data-related services.
We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, growth mindset, natural curiosity and a bias for action.

Responsibilities Commercially Minded : Have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
Always looking at how we can help customers and, at the same time, grow our business.
Strategy and Vision : Define the vision and roadmap for Scott Logic’s data practice, including developing our service offerings (e. g. data platform design, data governance, advanced analytics, etc.).
Pre-sales Support : Work with our sales and customer teams to understand customer needs, define engagements and proposals and ultimately help win new work.
Leadership : Leading and building a team of data specialists, establishing best practices and driving a culture of innovation.
Customer Engagements : Act a strategic advisor to customers.
Helping them shape data solutions, develop strategies and roadmaps and ultimately deliver value.
