You will typically be leading a small, tight-knit multidisciplinary team,working withourclients tosolvetough software problems,as well as havinga realimpact onhow theyevolvetheir development practices.You’llfosterstakeholderrelationshipsand advise onkey technology and software delivery decisions.There'salsoplenty of opportunity to contribute more widely across Scott Logic,collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleaguesas we collectivelylearn and adapt,andhelping to shapeupcomingprojects.

Strong technical leadership experience, understanding what makes a team successful and how to support colleagues in their own career development

A backgroundin at least one of Java, C#/.NET,Python,JavaScript or TypeScript, and their associated ecosystems– understandinghow to design and build well-structured, maintainable systems.
