The Technical Manager (Electrical) is responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Engineers and Operatives. They will manage the maintenance team workload through our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) to ensure the estate complies with statutory regulations and service level agreements.
The role involves planning and directing Engineers and Operatives to carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), installation work and routine and complex electrical repairs. The Technical Manager will plan and monitor local and national contracts. There are additional procurement responsibilities with Local contracts.
