The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

The Maintenance Operative will support the Estates Maintenance Team by primarily carrying out basic routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair tasks, housekeeping and cleaning duties. This will also include exterior grounds maintenance. Work will be carried out to pre-set timescales, technical direction and standards.
