This pivotal position ensures that major initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality, while shaping the overall process that defines the programme itself. The role also provides guidance on selecting the most effective IT solutions and ensures that every investment brings genuine value and satisfaction to the business. What You’ll Be Doing You will take ownership of the full application lifecycle across a range of business functions, overseeing delivery through to operational handover. This includes guiding project managers in consistent, mature project management practices, supporting their development through coaching and mentoring, and strengthening the organisation’s overall capability. You will manage resource planning across complex programmes, ensuring the right skills are deployed at the right time, including coordinating third‑party Scrum Masters for Agile projects.
