Are you passionate about driving change and ensuring excellence in business processes? If so, join our team as an Improvement Analyst. Working within our Customer Business Centre of Excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our change and incident management processes, focusing on SAP and Cloud‑Based application platforms. Reporting to the Change Management Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing process improvements and providing expert guidance on change management, supporting day‑to‑day operations and ensuring business solutions perform at their best. In this dynamic role, you’ll coach and train team members on agile principles, refine planning, incident, and change processes, and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with all stipulated controls.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and roll out quality standards and templates, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support CoE processes.
- Guide CoE staff and external contractors/consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals and CoE processes.
- Support efforts to manage business stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships with key business users.
- Identify best practices, recommend and initiate improvement activities, and design, specify, test, and implement changes to business processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Complex Problem‑Solving: Ability to navigate and resolve challenges in a highly complex process/technical environment using creativity and innovation.
- Customer Management: Strong skills in managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information at a senior level.
- Time Management: Proficient in managing time and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and make data‑driven decisions.
Minimum Criteria
- Utility Industry Expertise: Knowledge and/or experience in the utility industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Delivery Experience: Proven experience in successfully delivering projects.
- Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies and proven experience in delivering projects using agile practices.
- Atlassian Tools: Experience in managing projects, collaborating with teams, and maintaining documentation.
