The role of Application Administrator sits within the Customer Management Value Stream in the Centre of Excellence within SP Energy Networks. In this role, you will provide support for our Salesforce solutions. You will respond to a wide range of enquiries, ensuring all aspects of customer service are met to deliver high-quality data and business support for our solutions.
What you\’ll be doing
- Act as the 1st line support for internal and external customers, responding to and resolving incidents raised in ITNow across various system applications in line with current SLAs.
- Develop and implement process documentation, keeping it updated with any changes to maximize Customer Experience.
- Contribute to the IT roadmap and Salesforce projects, including testing, training, and communication, owning related issues.
- Monitor outstanding actions through regular meetings with fellow administrators and prepare results for discussion to provide a full view of scorecard and departmental KPIs.
- Work as part of the team to deliver the CoE Business Plan, with a focus on self-development and technical growth.
