Pay Scale: Starting at Β£13.45 per hour, rising to Β£13.67 after engagement. Opportunity to progress to Β£14.15 at your own pace.

This post is a good opportunity for those with a generic support worker experience to specialise.
The Role:
- Build meaningful relationships and create personalised support plans
- Encourage independence and community involvement
- Support activities like swimming, scenic walks, social outings & more
- Work across Housing Support & Outreach services in a varied and fulfilling role
