HELP CURATE AN AMBITIOUS AND EXCITING PROGRAMME FOR SCOTLAND’S EMERGING YOUNG THEATRE-MAKERS

Job Title: Artistic Producer (Emerging Artist Programme)
Location: Scotland based, working from home and delivering in-person activity in different locations
Salary: £32,000 per annum

We are seeking an Artistic Producer (Emerging ArtistProgramme) to joinusatan exciting time in the company’s evolution.

ThisnewArtistic Producerroleis essential to the growth of ourprogrammethat explicitly bridges the gap between education/youth theatre and theprofessional industry. You will bejoining a small,dedicatedteamandworking directly with young artists and creative professionalsacross the theatre spectrumto help ‘make it happen’ foremergingyoung theatre-makers in Scotland.

The core remit of this role is producing projects and training programmes that respond to the needs and aspirations of young people intent on a career in the professional industry.You’llneed to be well practised in the breadth of tasks associated with producing work of this nature including programme design, raising funds, recruitment, managing resources, ongoing evaluation and delivering end events.

This is afull timepermanent contract, with a salary of£32,000 per annum working 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate must be based in Scotland, comfortable working from home andable to travel for the development and delivery of the programme or to meet regularly in-person with the staff team, indifferent locationsaround the country. The role will require periods of time working away from home.
