Finance Analyst – Revenue (Fixed term / Secondment opportunity up to 12 months)
Location: Central Belt – Scotland, United Kingdom
Part‑time (18 hours per week) fixed‑term contract/secondment (up to 12 months) within the Wholesale Billing Team. You’ll be joining a small, busy team where accuracy, efficiency and collaboration are essential as we manage billing operations.
What you’ll do
- Maintain precise and efficient billing processes.
- Prepare and issue invoices to Licensed Providers within strict monthly deadlines.
- Investigate disputes and collaborate with various Scottish Water teams to resolve them.
- Handle queries via phone and email, ensuring effective communication.
- Review and streamline processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient, standardised and compliant with Scottish Water policies and controls.

- You must live in Scotland or commit to moving to Scotland within three months of appointment.
