Role Overview: Finance Analyst – Revenue (Fixed term / Secondment, 12 months, 18 hours per week). You will be part of the Wholesale Billing Team, working independently and collaboratively to manage billing operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain precise and efficient billing processes, focusing on accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and issue invoices to Licensed Providers within strict monthly deadlines.
- Investigate disputes and collaborate with various Scottish Water teams to resolve them.
- Handle queries via phone and email, ensuring effective communication.
- Review and streamline processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, standardisation, and compliance with Scottish Water’s policies and controls.
