We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Trade Effluent Adviser to help us deliver a smooth, compliant, and customer‑focused service. You’ll play a key role in managing all Trade Effluent activity — ensuring applications, approvals, and billing are handled accurately and in line with legislation and wholesaler requirements. In this role, you’ll guide customers through the full Trade Effluent consent journey, from initial application to final approval. You’ll make sure forms are completed correctly, coordinate meter readings, maintain accurate billing data, and resolve complex account queries. Your work will directly support our goal of reducing market fines by delivering timely, high‑quality outputs. Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales, helping us provide a reliable, efficient service every time.
