Are you ready to take the next step in your career within Human Resources? We are seeking a dedicated and organised part time People and Development Assistant to be the first point of contact for P&D queries and to support our dynamic team for the next 12 months to cover a maternity leave.
About the role
In this role, you will confidently oversee the People (HR21 by Frontier) system, ensuring that all employee information is consistently accurate and up to date. You will adeptly meet payroll deadlines while resolving a range of personnel and development inquiries. Your proactive approach will ensure the seamless delivery of essential activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
Additionally, you will provide insightful monthly and customised P&D reports, along with essential Management Information for internal customers, in line with best practices.
Your professionalism and confidentiality will be key as you provide excellent customer service to colleagues, candidates, and suppliers.
About you
You will have a good knowledge of a wide range of People and Development policies and procedures, enabling you to provide general advice and guidance to employees.
Your exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills will set you apart, complemented by a meticulous attention to detail. A demonstrated proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for your success.
A flexible approach is important to meet deadlines and complete tasks. You should also demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
You will need to analyse and interpret data effectively while handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
