Kingston ASC is a competitive swimming club with strong community and family values. We’re small but mighty – with a history of nurturing and developing swimmers from a young age to help them to reach their full potential and develop a lifelong love for swimming. If you’re looking to further develop your coaching skills and share our passion for developing young athletes to be their best selves you may be the Coach that we’re looking for.

As One Of Our Coaches You Will:

  • Work closely with our Head Coach and team of paid and volunteer coaches, to provide consistent and high quality coaching across all our squads.
  • Support the development of our comprehensive training programmes, coaching our most junior swimmers (from age 5) through to Nationally competing level athletes.
  • Be the lead coach for one of our squads, providing high quality training opportunities to prepare them for competitions.
  • Inspire our swimmers to continually develop and achieve their individual goals. You’ll provide encouraging and constructive feedback, with a focus on ensuring every swimmer reaches their full potential.
  • Have a positive and energetic attitude and the ability to inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities.
  • Consistently promote a fun, friendly and inclusive environment, promoting the family ethos that embodies the club.
