We are looking for a Marine Technician to join the team at Ronas Voe. Whether you are just starting your career or bring years of experience, this could be the career opportunity for you.

THE ROLE

The Marine Technician role is crucial to our success in ensuring the best management of our superior quality Scottish salmon. We want people to lead on fish health, feed and performance; to stretch us and themselves and in doing so, gain industry-leading rewards. Our technician roles are goals-led, continuously evolving and highly creative and we want the very best experts to deliver for our fish. Duties include general farm tasks, boat handling and maintenance and fish welfare.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are team players, proactive in health and safety and who pride themselves in delivering to a high standard. The Technician role is rewarding and can lead to various career progression opportunities. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Applicants must be able to achieve and attain an ML5. You must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, and we are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship to work in the UK.

THE PACKAGE
