What you will be doing:
- Lead clinical delivery across Scottish Rugby’s women’s performance pathway.
- Prepare emerging players for the physical demands of senior international rugby.
- Provide expert physiotherapy leadership to support player performance and development.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven physiotherapy expertise within elite sport or high-performance environments, with the ability to support athletes at different stages of development.
- Strong clinical leadership skills, with experience shaping and delivering high-performance physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes.
- Deep understanding of athlete development, particularly how to prepare emerging players for the physical demands of senior-level competition.
- Knowledge of injury prevention, rehabilitation and return-to-play best practice, with a consistent and evidence-based approach.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams and performance pathway settings.
