Join the Scotland Women’s National Team and play a key role in shaping a high-performance environment. Working closely with the Scotland Women - Head of Athletic Performance, you will help design, deliver, and continuously enhance an elite athletic performance programme that enables players to perform at their very best on the national stage. The role will work across the system and also lead the Glasgow Warriors Celtic program.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the design and delivery of the athletic performance programme
  • Working closely with the Head of Athletic Performance
  • Monitoring and improving programme effectiveness
  • Contributing to a high-performance player environment
  • Aligning performance practices with team objectives

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in athletic performance, strength and conditioning, or sports science within an elite sporting environment
  • Strong understanding of performance planning, physical preparation, monitoring, and athlete development
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and build effective relationships with coaches and support staff
  • Excellent evaluation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review performance programmes and drive continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of high-performance sport standards and experience supporting athletes to perform consistently at an elite level
