Lead and deliver the Women’s National Academy Programme, creating a high‑performance environment for 18–23‑year‑old players. Oversee talent identification, selection, and individual development planning to support progression through the national pathway. Take on a senior coaching role within national age‑grade teams to strengthen the elite talent pipeline. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and pathway stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective player transitions.
