What you will be doing:
- Driving planning, delivery and player development in defence, utilising video analysis and review
- Collaborate with designated coaching, technical, athletic performance and medical personnel to ensure all aspects of team preparation
- Assisting the Head Coach with player selection and deselection
- Attending training and matches to identify and observe players
What we’re looking for:
- Coaching experience in a high-performance rugby environment, ideally in women’s rugby
- Experience leading performance programmes, including individual development planning and player monitoring
- Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance player development with competitive performance, supported by specialist coaching expertise and a valid driving licence
