Are you an organised, proactive individual with experience in delivering live events and hospitality? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a collaborative team player who is confident in managing multiple projects, to deliver a first-class fan and guest experience at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate age-grade and rugby development fixtures, including delivery of the Child Mascot programme across Men’s, Women’s and U20s events.
  • Support event-day operations, including operational set-up of event spaces across the campus.
  • Provide VIP hospitality coordination, including ticket/parking distribution, guestlist strategy, VIP biographies, and check-in logistics.
  • Deliver events team administration and planning support.
