Are you a Content Producer looking to make a real impact? It’s your chance to step behind the lens and capture the energy, drama, and human stories at the heart of elite performance. From matchdays to behind-the-scenes moments that define champions, you’ll create powerful video content that connects audiences to the action across digital, social, and live environments.

What you will be doing:

  • Create and deliver standout content, leading the full production process, from filming and editing to final delivery.
  • Produce key outputs including our Podcast, and create impactful big screen content for matches and events at our home venues.
  • Support live broadcast requirements for performance teams and manage our YouTube channel with engaging, platform-first content.
  • Work with multiple briefs simultaneously, ensuring all projects are completed on time.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience shooting and packaging content in a high-performance sport (or similar fast-paced) environment, including news-style edits.
  • Strong working knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio equipment plus advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience of sports photography, live streaming, broadcasting, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to manage shoots from concept to execution while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
