In this role you will be responsible for delivering top-quality performance insights to a driven coaching group. You’ll play a key role in providing clear, applied analysis before, during and after games, helping an ambitious club and team push for success.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver high‑quality performance analysis, including training, in‑game and post‑match reporting, opposition insights, and management of all video and data workflows.
- Lead and support analysis operations, such as managing footage, maintaining analysis hardware/software, and producing presentations and video content for coaching and player meetings.
- Drive development and innovation by upskilling yourself and others, managing students/contractors, and exploring new technologies to gain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate across departments to support cross‑functional projects, educate players and coaches on analysis tools, and contribute to a high‑performance environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Performance Analyst in professional sport for at least two years, working effectively within multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of rugby union, with previous playing or refereeing experience considered advantageous.
- Proficiency with performance analysis and IT software, including Hudl Sportscode, Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and iMovie/Final Cut.
- Excellent IT skills, high attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, organised approach to meeting deadlines.
