We are looking for a Discipline and Regulations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the rugby disciplinary and regulatory processes across Scottish Rugby, and ensure compliance with applicable governance standards and regulations. What you will be doing:

  • Oversee all rugby disciplinary matters and function as Discipline Manager
  • Ensure all player eligibility and compliance matters operate smoothly
  • To oversee relevant policy development, communication and implementation

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of sports disciplinary processes
  • Some knowledge of anti-doping requirements and processes
  • An interest in Sports Law
  • Understanding of World Rugby rules and regulations and Scottish Rugby’s equivalent
