Glasgow Warriors are looking for a Lead Partnerships Manager to play a key role within the Commercial team, leading the account management function for the Club’s official sponsors and partners.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of contracted rights and benefits, while helping to strengthen relationships across the Club’s sponsorship family. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you will identify opportunities to generate additional income through incremental partner benefits and support the renewal of sponsorship agreements.
You will also lead wider Glasgow Warriors partnerships, including charity and community rugby programmes, helping to grow the Club’s impact both on and off the pitch.
What you will be doing:
- Leading sponsor and partner account management
- Delivering contracted rights and benefits to a high standard
- Supporting sponsorship renewals and partner growth opportunities
- Identifying additional commercial income opportunities
- Managing charity and community rugby partnerships
- Building strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders
What we’re looking for:

Previous account management experience, ideally within professional sport environment

Line management, budget management, and event management experience
