Role Overview
This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional VIP guest and hospitality experience across matchdays, concerts and special events. It combines end-to-end guest liaison, event operations and stakeholder management, ensuring high-profile guests, partners and official parties receive a seamless and memorable journey. The role also oversees third-party and charity event delivery, manages hospitality hosts, and works collaboratively across internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of service and event execution.
What you will be doing
- Lead VIP guest liaison and hospitality operations, managing end-to-end guest journeys, communications, seating, ticketing and official party arrangements for matchday and hospitality events.
- Deliver exceptional event experiences, overseeing third-party, charity and special events, while supporting VIP fan experiences during the concert season.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead hospitality hosts, working collaboratively across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and high service standards.
