We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, can successfully juggle multiple large-scale projects, and enjoys turning ambitious plans into reality.
The Opportunity: As Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied and challenging programme of works across Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Hive Stadium and the wider Scottish Rugby campus. What you will be doing:
- You'll lead multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing every stage of delivery from initial concept through to handover.
- Manage a portfolio of complex capital, infrastructure and facilities projects.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management and programme delivery.
- Coordinate consultants, engineers, contractors and specialist suppliers.
- Drive decision-making, governance and project reporting.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, costs and variations.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and CDM requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction to the projects team, helping prioritise workload and deliver results.
What we’re looking for:
- You'll be a highly organised and commercially minded project professional with a track record of delivering multiple complex projects in challenging operational environments.
- A recognised Project Management qualification.
- 6+ years' project management experience.
- Proven success managing multiple complex projects at the same time.
- Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, estates, facilities or building services.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience leading contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Excellent financial and budget management capability.
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations.
