Are you passionate about performance sport and driven by using insight to make a difference? We're looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Pathway Performance Analyst to play a key role in the development of Scotland's next generation of female rugby players. Working across our women's performance and pathway programmes, you'll provide high-quality analysis support, helping coaches and players turn performance data into meaningful improvements on and off the field. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to elite performance environments while supporting athletes on their journey to the highest levels of the game.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead performance analysis support for the National Academy, U21 programme and Glasgow Rugby Women, delivering insights that enhance player and team performance.
  • Create engaging video reviews, opposition analysis and performance reports that help coaches and players make informed decisions.
  • Use innovative technology and analysis methods to support player development, learning and long-term progression across the women's pathway.

What we’re looking for:

  • An experienced performance analyst with strong technical skills and confidence using analysis software, video platforms and performance data tools.
  • A collaborative communicator who can build great relationships with coaches, players and colleagues while presenting insights in a clear and engaging way.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and helping athletes reach their potential.
