Scottish Rugby is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in developing co-created marketing plans and executing activations between Scottish Rugby and our commercial and marketing partners, spanning sponsorship, retail partnerships, concerts and events. You'll be the driving force behind turning partnerships into standout campaigns that create real value for both Scottish Rugby and our partners.

What you will be doing:

  • Generating distinctive, compelling activation ideas (both physical and digital) with strong potential for commercialisation and partner collaboration.
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of co-branded activations, aligning internal teams and managing projects within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with partners, and supporting the Commercial team in identifying and pitching to new ones.
  • Using data and insight to optimise partner activity, and reporting findings back internally and to partners to inform future plans.

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong track record in partnership marketing or brand activation, gained within a rights holder, agency or brand sponsorship or marketing environment, with proven concept creation and pitch success.
  • Experience delivering integrated, cross-channel campaigns: owning projects from idea to delivery while collaborating with colleagues.
  • Confidence operating alongside senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and finding synergies across projects.
  • A data-led approach to co-marketing and reporting, backed by significant project or event management experience.
