We're looking for a Rugby Operations Coordinator to join our team, proactively supporting the Team Manager with the day-to-day running of our Rugby Operations department. From travel and logistics to player welfare and matchday experience, you'll be at the heart of everything that happens behind the scenes to keep players, coaches, and colleagues performing at their best.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinating the smooth day-to-day running of the Rugby Operations team, including managing travel, accommodation, training facilities, catering, and itineraries for matches, camps, and off-site trips, and leading on competition travel logistics to a professional, match-ready standard.
- Maintaining accurate player and colleague records, supporting timely registrations, and coordinating visa, passport, and matchday ticket requirements.
- Acting as a key point of support for players, helping new starts settle in, coordinating matchday guest experiences, and supporting player appearances alongside our Revenue & Engagement team.
- Supporting budget management and day-to-day financial administration and assisting with team kit and equipment.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administration experience (or an equivalent business degree/qualification), with a track record of organising people, events, or budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to stay calm, accountable, and detail-focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Strong personal accountability, taking ownership of responsibilities and consistently delivering work to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail.
