Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want to hear from you! As Operations Coordinator at Edinburgh Rugby, you'll play a central role in shaping the matchday experience, keeping the club running smoothly behind the scenes, and helping deliver moments that matter.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of Edinburgh Rugby Celtic Challenge, A Team, and Edinburgh Varsity matchdays, owning the detail that makes the difference on game day.
- Support the delivery of Men's URC and EPCR matches and wider club events, collaborating across teams from concept through to execution.
- Keep the club running behind the scenes by coordinating meetings, managing central communications, supporting team reporting, and coordinating the central inbox.
- Support financial operations including purchase orders, invoice management, and budgeting processes.
What we’re looking for:
- A natural organiser with experience coordinating events or operations.
- A strong communicator who can build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with financial processes, including purchase orders and invoices, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- A genuine passion for sport and live events; you understand what a great matchday experience feels like and take pride in being part of making it happen.
