This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in telling the story of Scotland Women and the wider women and girls' performance pathways and programmes. Sitting within the central team at Scottish Rugby, you'll lead external comms for Scotland Women, working closely with players, coaches and colleagues to grow visibility, engagement and impact across the women's game. We are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to join our team. What you will be doing:
- Lead communications for Scotland Women, including team announcements, matchday coverage, tournaments and media events.
- Develop and deliver creative content and communications plans that showcase the women's game.
- Manage proactive and reactive media relations, ensuring professional and engaging representation across all platforms.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to support the Women & Girls' Strategy, including partner activations.
