As Communications Coordinator, you'll tell the stories that matter to fans, media and communities across our events, competitions and content. What you will be doing:
- Running media operations at major events, from managing accreditation to supporting event communications for fixtures and events at Scottish Gas Murrayfield ensuring everyone is well-informed.
- Using creative storytelling to spotlight the communities and competitions that make our sport special, delivering proactive media events and managing reactive enquiries with confidence.
- Driving PR and media coverage across the competitions calendar, supporting match coverage plans for the Arnold Clark Men's and Women's Premiership and generating content opportunities throughout the season.
- Working AsOne, collaborating closely with colleagues to keep all activity aligned to the annual Rugby Development comms plan and strategy.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who is media-savvy, building press relationships and delivering results across multiple channels.
- Live events experience and the ability to keep things running smoothly under pressure.
- Someone who can source and shape compelling content that drives exposure, and you take pride in high-quality output.
- Organised and adaptable, including project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
