We’re looking for a proactive and driven Competitions and Compliance Coordinator to play a key role in delivering exciting rugby competitions and upholding high standards across the game. This is a hands-on role at the heart of rugby, where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making a real impact.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate regional competitions and support compliance processes to ensure everything runs fairly, smoothly and to a high standard.
- Act as a key point of contact for clubs, schools, volunteers and colleagues throughout the season.
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems and keep activity on track.
- Help bring people together and support effective delivery of competitions across the region.
What we’re looking for:

- Confident stakeholder management – you communicate clearly, influence effectively and manage expectations well.
