Scottish Refugee Council is seeking a skilled Volunteer Team Leader to join our team. The Volunteer Team Leader will lead a small team of Volunteer Co-ordinators to deliver Scottish Refugee Council’s volunteering strategy. The role will ensure consistent implementation of best practice in volunteer management, oversee operational guidelines and drive the recruitment, training and engagement of volunteers. The Team Leader will provide operational direction, support staff and act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders to foster an inclusive and positive volunteering environment.
