Are you passionate about driving change and influencing policy for a fairer, more compassionate asylum system?

We’re looking for a dynamic Policy and Public Affairs Manager to lead our policy function and shape the direction of our advocacy, research, and influencing work across Scotland and the UK.

In this pivotal role, you will manage a talented team, lead high-impact policy development, and build strong relationships with government, parliamentarians, and partners. You will champion refugee rights, ensuring our policy and public affairs work is evidence-based, human‑centred, and rooted in lived experience.

This role reports directly to the Director of External Affairs.
