The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are inviting applications for the Team Leader role in Higher Sociology. The Team Leader will support the Principal Assessor whilst leading a team of Markers. The primary role is to manage Markers to ensure that national standards are being consistently applied and maintained.

The Team Leader will require up to 3 days release and own time will also be required. Dates as follows:

  • Standardisation - Tuesday 28 - Thursday 30 April
  • Markers meeting - Tuesday 5 May

Followed by continuous support of marker team until Friday 22 May. Release and own time fees will be paid. A responsibility fee will be calculated on the number of markers assigned to you at the start of the live marking period. Marking fees for scripts marked also apply.
