The People Analytics team is looking for a motivated and detail-focused administrator to join our Analytics and Operational function. This role will primarily support the work of the Analytics team, with occasional support to the Operations team during peak periods.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring reports are delivered accurately and on time, while also providing administrative support across a range of HR processes and systems. Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate and timely reports, maintaining a high standard of data quality.
- Provide administrative support across HR processes and systems.
- Manage a shared mailbox or customer service ticket queue, ensuring queries are handled promptly.
- Extract and present data from HR and IT systems to stakeholders.
- Support system maintenance and data updates to ensure accuracy.
- Deliver excellent customer service to a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Work independently and use initiative to solve problems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience using HR or IT systems to extract and report data (Power BI skills are a bonus).
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Well-organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Educated to SCQF Level 5 (or equivalent) or able to demonstrate relevant administrative experience within a multi-disciplinary HR environment.
