An exciting new career opportunity in Property Management with one of the market leaders in Scotland! This service based Property role is open to candidates with transferrable experience from other industries and also those already in property, so is an excellent career opening with full training included.
Working in a professional office environment your role will involve working as part of a team providing Property Management (Factoring) services to homeowners across Edinburgh and the East of Scotland. Key duties will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients regarding any issues at their property developments – delivering high quality customer service and building relationships
- Communicating professionally via phone and email contact alongside some face to face meetings
- Organising and taking ownership of repairs and maintenance works to property developments – communicating with trades/contractors and providing regular updates to homeowners
- Overseeing gardening and cleaning services to property developments, resolving any issues and liaising with clients and suppliers
- Visiting property developments alongside Team Managers to carry out property inspections and meetings with homeowners
- All connected office admin including handling billing queries and insurance claims
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and colleagues – complaints handling where required.
Candidates should have previous experience in service based roles with good all-round communication and problem solving skills. It’s also important that you work well in a team and have confident admin abilities; a driving licence is preferred.
