Job Description
A great opportunity to work in a busy support role with an established Lettings & Estate Agency in Hamilton!
Working alongside a small but friendly team your position will involve a variety of admin and phone tasks in relation to rental properties – if you are a people person, with good office skills and in interest in the property market then this is the role for you!
Key duties will include:
- Promptly handling phone and email enquiries regarding properties for let, repairs/maintenance at properties and new business
- Diary management – liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to arrange property viewings, inspections, check outs and other appointments
- Providing property updates to all parties and ensuring good customer service, building strong business relationships
- Key management – communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Assisting with making sure properties meet regulations and compliance tasks
- Updating systems and files, use of property software and mainstream MS packages
Candidates must have proven office based experience – prior experience within a Lettings/Property environment would be an advantage but not essential with full training in property available. It’s essential that you are customer focussed with excellent communication skills, an organised approach and have confident all round IT/admin abilities. A driving licence would be preferred.
