A superb new opening for a Senior Property Manager to join one of the leading Property Factoring companies in their Glasgow office! Due to continued growth, our client is keen to recruit someone from a strong Property Management background who can lead a small team overseeing factoring services to a busy portfolio of residential developments in the Glasgow area. If you are ambitious and enjoy team management, this is a great chance to progress your career working alongside some of the most respected and successful people in the industry.

Key duties:

  • Overseeing the Factoring of a large portfolio of property developments – delivering excellent customer service and building strong relations with property owners.
  • Providing support to staff with day-to-day property management, guidance on technical issues and escalated complaints.
  • Carrying out property inspections and meetings with owners and residents associations.
  • Line management and involvement in recruitment.

You should have experience in a similar property management role, strong communication skills and the ability to guide/supervise and lead staff members. Permanent full-time post based in the city centre of Glasgow.
