A fantastic new opportunity to work with a high end Property company in Glasgow as a Property Manager in their Residential Lettings team! Our client is a market leader in the prime property market who due to continued expansion in their lettings business seek a service driven Property Manager to look after a portfolio of residential properties acting as a key contact for landlords and tenants.

This varied position will suit property candidates who are keen to progress their career in a dynamic, relationship based company.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for your own portfolio of residential properties, overseeing lettings and property management from start to finish.
  • Delivering a high quality service to landlords and tenants, building strong relationships and providing advice where required.
  • Marketing and letting properties – coordinating viewings, tenant vetting and move ins.
  • Managing maintenance issues during tenancies and following property inspections.
  • All other connected lettings processes – deposit refunds, rent changes, compliance.

Candidates should have experience in a similar role within residential lettings with a professional approach, good organisational skills and a passion for property.

Full time permanent position with working hours 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, based in the city centre of Glasgow. In return you can look forward to a supportive, modern and friendly working environment with full support provided in Lettings qualifications and career development opportunities.

Salary package £27-29k based on experience + superb commission for google reviews, letting properties and profit sharing (circa £1-5k per annum), benefits including 25 days holiday + public holidays per year.
